What is QCQA.com?
It is the only network for New, Used, and Surplus testing equipment and related Products and Services in the Construction Materials Technology field.

I am selling a used testing instrument I no longer need. What do I do?
Once registered, you can list your used product(s) for sale immediately. You will fill out an easy form, upload a photo of the product (recommended) and declare your asking price. As an added service, you can contact us to help you determine an asking price. QCQA.com charges you a small annual membership fee depending on number of listings required. Your listings are posted for one year and you are free to add different items as you sell during you annual membership.

I can't find the proper subcategory to add my listing. What then?
Select the Subcategory "Other" and proceed with your listing. We will contact you to discuss the proper category inclusion. We may even create a new suitable category for your product listing.

Can I edit my listing(s)?
Yes. You can edit and change text, images and pricing anytime. However, you will need to contact us to be able to change the title of the listing once posted.

I don't have a photo of my product available at the time of listing. Can I post it later? What do I need?
You can add or update your photo at anytime during your listing period. Just log in to your account; select Edit for that listing and upload your photo. If you don't have a digital camera, you can take the photo with a regular camera and send it to us. We'll be happy to upload for you. If you do take the photo digitally, please upload the lowest possible resolution for that image. High-resolution images take a long time to display on a potential buyer's browser window. Your buyer may abandon your listing if it takes too long to view. If you need further help on this topic, please contact us.

I do a search on the site and can't find what I am looking for. Why?
Used equipment listings stay posted until sold or removed. New equipment listings are added daily. If you don't see what you are looking for, it is possible that the listing expired or has not yet been posted; we are, after all, new. You can sign up for our convenient "Listing Alert" feature to receive an email indicating that a listing matching a profile you specified has been posted.

I find what I am looking for. I see the price posted. I call to buy and I am told the price is different. How come?
QCQA.com does not guarantee prices listed. Product owners post them not us. We do ask our account holders to insure accuracy of their pricing. QCQA.com does not get involved in the sale of any item listed on our site. We are a media company and are not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers. However, if you have a complaint, please contact us and let us know.

Can I submit industry news and events to QCQA.com?
You can do so anytime. In fact, we encourage government agencies, trade associations and others to send their news and events to us as long as they are related to the construction materials technology field. We will publish your submission after our editors determine that they meet our approval for relevance and accuracy.

I keep forgetting my assigned password and I can't change it in my profile. Is there a way to reassign a new password?
Yes. We will be happy to reassign a new password for you. Contact us with your request. Specify the new password (must be between 5 and 25 characters). We only send the new password to the email address we have on your record.
